Any feedback on how the project is propagating? Do we need to poke it, or are chains moving ahead?
A suggestion: right now, observers can't tell what sort of activity is going on. The project could be exploding, but most would be unaware. How about asking authors, when they add their pages to a project, to just drop a quick note on this forum (or provide them some other very low demand way of broadcasting their activity).
If the project looks more active, I think we'd get more participation.
